1. DELIVERY AND RETURNS

1.1 DELIVERY

Our products are available to ship to 27 countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden). All orders are sent via courier (Spring), so that it is possible to locate them during shipping.

1.2 Delivery Times

  • Portugal and Europe: 7-12 business days
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 20-30 business days

After the order is sent you will receive an e-mail address with a link that will allow you to track your order.

Although we use all available means to ensure that your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control. 

Delivery times may be a little longer during festive periods.

In the event of a delay due to major force, "nouvelle case" undertakes to inform the Customer and make its best efforts to resolve the situation quickly.

1.3 Delivery Costs

  • Portugal and Europe: 3.95€ (Free Shipping on orders over 50€)

Orders may be subject to customs duties for which we are not responsible.

In the event of unsuccessful delivery or return of the same, the customer will be responsible for the costs of a new shipment.

2. Exchanges/Returns

In accordance with the legislation in force, in the event of a lack of conformity of the good with the contract, the consumer is entitled to have it replaced free of charge, by means of repair or replacement, an appropriate reduction in the price or termination of the contract. The consumer must report the lack of conformity within a maximum period of two months after its detection and can exercise the rights described when the lack of conformity manifests itself within a period of up to two years after delivery of the good.

The Customer may freely terminate the contract for the purchase and sale of the products, without having to pay any compensation and without the need to invoke any reason, within a period of 14 days after physical possession of the goods. You will be reimbursed for the amount paid for the products ordered, and the costs of returning them must be borne by the Customer. If the purchased product has been manufactured according to consumer specifications (personalised), according to Decree-Law nº24/2014, of 14 February, no cancellations, returns or exchanges are made.

In any case, returns will only be accepted for items that are without any trace of use/alteration, in perfect original condition and accompanied by all the accessories that make them up. It is up to the Customer to properly package the items to be returned.
