1. How long it takes for my order to be shipped?

After your order is placed our team will start preparing your order. Due to the nature of the product, every order is made to order which means it's developed individually and only after the order is placed. For that reason it takes a few days until your order is ready to be shipped. Please allow around 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped.

2. Can I return my order? 

All of our products are personalized by the customer. Because of that we aren't able to offer returns, refunds or exchanges. However, in case there's a defect with your order please contact our customer service team immediately at: hello@nouvellecase.com and we will work with you to resolve the situation. All of our items have a 30 day guarantee policy. 

3. What if my order is lost or damaged during delivery?

If your order is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.

4. Can I get express delivery?

All of our products are shipped with tracked shipping, so they get priority with the courier.

5. Can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking code once your order has left our fulfilment center.
